Tip: you don’t need a winery to go for wine tasting. Many restaurants have partnered with wineries to offer their patrons an exclusive experience. Keep a look out on your favourite restaurant’s social media pages or pop in and find out.
Indoor market
Indoor markets are such interesting experiences because their offerings are so diverse and you have the opportunity to really understand what your loved one loves.

Hiking
We’ve seen enough online dating profiles to know that hiking is a hit! In Cape Town, you have the two most obvious trails: Table Mountain and Lion’s Head, and if you’re not into the mainstream trails, venture out into Newlands or Kirstenbosch.
In Kynsna there is the 4.2km trail, which is popular for birdwatching too. The trail is considered moderately challenging.
In Pretoria, there is the Hennops Hiking Trail, which has 3 paths: Dasie Trail (2km), Zebra Trail (5km), and Krokodilberg Trail (10km). They also have a picnic spot which is the perfect way to refresh before you continue on this #fitfam date.
Tip: if you feel like you and your date want something a little more challenging, go mountain biking. Most hiking trails have bike trails too, so if you want to impress your date with your fitness, this may be the way to go.
