Massage therapist Michelle Walter shares fabulous aromatherapy blends that are simple to make and great for calming and de-stressing. Let’s get into it!
De-stressing aromatherapy elixirs
Here are a few of my favourite ways to reap the benefits of these aromatherapy wonders.
This blend can be placed in a flip-top bottle and carried in your handbag so when you feel a wave of anxiety coming over you, dribble some in your hands and inhale to help you relax.
Always make sure to mix your essential oils with a base of almond or jojoba oil.
