Household products are important, we need them and we can’t run away from that.
The problem with many cheap, easily available household products is that they contain harmful chemicals in the form of Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals or EDCs.
According to a study published in The Journal of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) EDCs may be the cause of disruptive sleep in up to 60% of menopausal women.
And it doesn’t end there, unfortunately.
Trouble falling asleep can lead to depression and even more severe health issues.

✣ Methylisothiazolinone (MIT)
✣ Methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI)
✣ Sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS)
✣ Sodium laureth sulphate (SLES)
✣ Formaldehyde
✣ Toluene
✣ Aluminium
