What I love the most about this campaign – apart from Tyla putting South Africa on the map, yet again! – is the linen. Linen is so timeless and over the past year or so, it has become a newfound obsession of mine. For a while, linens were more popular with more mature women, but Tyla is bringing a youthful edge to the fabric.
Linen is classic and people of all genders, ages, shapes and sizes can look and feel their absolute best in it! It is lightweight and breathable for those hot summer days and with the right layers, it could be your best friend in winter too. As a bigger woman, I love the freedom that linen affords me versus that of other fabrics – yes, I’m looking at you, denim.
Linen is light and you can dress it up like Tyla did with a sexier take or you can wear it modestly and completely cover your body in linen from head to toe.
In true Tyla style, the point is to be yourself and express yourself in the way that best suits you.
