You can adjust your almond milk according to it’s sweetness, infusing it with flavours like chocolate or cinnamon and making it as thick or as thin as you prefer.

How to make your own almond milk
Simply start by soaking your almonds in water for at least 4 hours. Place them in the fridge. Drain the water, then add the soaked almonds to a blender with water, a pinch of salt. At this point, you can add your chocolate or cinnamon flavours, or any flavours of your choice really. Dates are a great addition for sweetness, and if you want something special, try vanilla, cocoa powder, or berries for a fresh, new twist.
Blend everything for a good 1–2 minutes until it’s smooth, then strain it through a nut milk bag over a bowl. Squeeze every last drop of liquid, and voilà— you’ve got fresh almond milk!
