To mark the occasion, Beatrice and Edoardo released a heartwarming photograph of their newborn, showing her with dark hair and dressed in a white long-sleeved outfit.
Little Athena is eleventh in line to the throne, following her older sister Sienna, who was born in 2021. She also has an eight-year-old half-brother, Christopher ‘Wolfie’ Mapelli Mozzi, from Edoardo’s previous relationship.
Beatrice, 36, is the eldest daughter of Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York. While her father has largely withdrawn from public life, Beatrice continues to balance her royal responsibilities with her growing family.
With her unique mix of royal heritage and Italian aristocracy from her father’s side, Athena joins a modern generation of young royals whose lives will unfold under public fascination.
