Former Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Tebow and Tim Tebow, former NFL star, recently gathered with loved ones for an intimate baby shower at La Motte Wine Estate in Franschhoek.

A celebration in full bloom
The couple announced their pregnancy last month, just days before their fifth wedding anniversary. At the time of the announcement, they were 16 weeks along. While they have not revealed their baby’s gender, they have shared their excitement about becoming parents.
Demi-Leigh took to Instagram to post a series of beautifully curated photos from the floral-themed event, captioning them: “Baby Tebow is in bloom. I’m especially grateful for this time to celebrate with some of the people who have been in my life since I was little.”

Tim Tebow praises Demi-Leigh as a future mum
In an interview with People, the couple expressed their joy, with Demi-Leigh saying they were “so excited and so over the moon.”
Tim shared his admiration for his wife, predicting that she would be “a fierce defender and protector” of their child. Demi-Leigh, in turn, reflected on her pregnancy journey, saying, that Tim is “extremely gracious” – which is what makes him a great husband and soon-to-be dad.
A South African homecoming
The Tebows have been in South Africa since their anniversary on 20 January, making the most of their time with family.
Demi-Leigh shared another heartfelt post about being back home, writing:
“Home is where the heart is, and mine is right here in sunny South Africa with my family (missing @thetebowpack, of course). So grateful for this time together.”

The Tebow pack refers to the couple’s three beloved dogs: Kobe, Chunk, and Paris. Their Dalmatian, Paris, even inspired Demi-Leigh’s second book, Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose, which will be released in April.
With their little one on the way, the couple is soaking in every moment before embarking on the exciting journey of parenthood.
