Frame your face and add that wow factor with our useful guide to shaping your eyebrows.
Fuller, beautifully arched brows are in. When your brows are naturally fuller, you don’t have to overwork them. Simply fill in any gaps with a good powder-based eyebrow pencil, which gives a softer look, especially if brows are becoming a little sparse or have been heavily plucked.
Finish off by keeping all stray brow hairs in place by using Givenchy’s brilliant Mister Eyebrow Fixing Pencil, R205. Keep eyelids neutral with a little powder or a powder- cream shadow and apply a light shimmer under the arch of the brow.
Get the look secrets
- Practise drawing the shape you prefer, keeping it fullest by the nose and at the peak of the arch, tapering off for an elegant brow.
- Enhance the arch by applying concealer on the brow bone. It also shows up hairs missed when plucking. Benefit High Brow, R215, will enhance the brow bone and shape brows.
- For a guide to shaping the perfect arch, brush brows up and then sketch colour in with a powdery pencil. Most importantly, take your time.
- Apply the majority of brow colour to the centre of your brow, then blend through rather than beginning heavier at the edges.
