If your wardrobe loves local fashion and designs, then the South African fashion police are ready for you to strut your stuff.
Back for its second year, the Local Fashion Police launched recently, armed with a panel of designers and judges. Entering the competition and sharing your proudly local threads may have you crowned one of four winners adorned with R20 000 to splurge on local fashion.
The local fashion industry is teeming with creativity, innovation and designs that are beautifully ours as South Africans. The Local Fashion Police’s online ‘fashion show’ (AKA, your snaps) is both the perfect way to show off your style and celebrate the designers who elevate it. Not to mention, paving the path for further job creation – something we’re so excited to see in our country, especially in creative industries.
How to participate
