Pro Tip: Keep the treatment in for as long as you want, even overnight. When you wash it out, always double-wash it to remove all the oils.
What hair type is rosemary oil best for?
Rosemary oil is suitable for all hair types but it is extra beneficial for a sensitive scalp. However, it should not be used during pregnancy.

Make your own Rosemary Water
Ingredients:
- Rosemary Stems
- Water
Method:
- Add 5-6 Rosemary stems to a pot
- Fill will water
- Bring to a boil. Boil for 15mins (minimum) The longer you boil it, the stronger the water will be.
- Set aside to cool
- Remove rosemary stems and pour the water mixture into a spray bottle
- Spray a little on your scalp and roots every night
Tried and Tested: I boiled mine for 1 hour
Pro Tip: Don’t spray too much to avoid greasiness
This mixture can last up to 2 weeks if kept in the fridge.
