Cold weather and low humidity levels can deplete your skin’s natural moisture, leading to dryness and irritation. Opt for a gentle, non-comedogenic moisturiser that provides ample hydration without clogging your pores. Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid and ceramides that help retain moisture in the skin. Apply your moisturiser twice a day, focusing on areas prone to dryness.
Don’t skip the sunscreen:
Even though the sun may seem less intense during winter, harmful UV rays can still penetrate the skin and cause damage. Choose a non-comedogenic sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF of 30 or higher.
