Let’s get into the benefits of using rose face mist, and how to make your own.
Why rose face mist works
According to Healthline, rose water has been used for thousands of years, dating as far back as the Middle Ages. It’s thought to have originated in what is now Iran.
Rose water has been used traditionally in beauty products and in food and boasts plenty of potential health benefits. It’s made by distilling rose petals with steam. If you’ve got the time and know-how, you can distill your own rose water but the product is readily available in shops.
