Adele has been performing her “Weekends with Adele” shows at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas since November 2022. These concerts will end on November 23, 2024.
She told German broadcaster ZDF, “My tank is quite empty at the minute. I don’t have any plans for new music at all.”
Performing at the 4,000-seat venue every weekend for almost two years has been both rewarding and draining for the singer, who described it as “an emotional exchange” that has taken a toll on her.
Before ending her Las Vegas shows, Adele is set to perform a 10-date series in Munich, Germany.
Adele’s decision to take a break stems from several reasons. Beyond physical and emotional burnout, she says she wants to explore other creative pursuits.
“I want a big break after all this and I think I want to do other creative things just for a little while,” she said, as per BBC.

Adele also struggles with fame.
“I miss everything about before I was famous, I think probably being anonymous the most,” she shared. While she loves making music and connecting with fans, the constant attention has been challenging.
Adele’s last album, “30,” released in November 2021, topped charts in the UK and US.
The singer’s honesty about the pressures of fame and her need for a break resonates with many.
Fans of the Someone Like You singer will eagerly await her return whenever she feels ready to share her talent again.
