Introduced in 2020 at a time when everyone was still bound within stringent parameters because of the world pandemic, Emily in Paris premiered on Netflix and transported us into our fantasy world. Suddenly we were falling in love with Paris, wearing designer clothes, and chasing our career goals in a brand new adventure.
Netflix recently confirmed that season 3 & 4 are coming up, with season 3 premiering this December on the 21st and I definitely know what my plans for Christmas are. Netflix confirmed that the synopsis for season 3 will still give us all the comedy and drama we’ve received thus far, just with a whole lot more.

Emily in Paris definitely gives us all the fashion looks, both nostalgic and current.
Since we’re sitting eagerly waiting for the new season, I thought I’d take us through some of the top looks from the last two seasons as well as the sneak-peek shots from season 3.
Emily in Paris, the lookbook
Season 1 started off with a fashion bang and one of my favorite looks was the graphic printed button-down Emily wore. She paired it with a little white tank underneath only buttoning one button. This definitely gives a relaxed street style look but because of the fabrication, it still keeps that boujee, Parisian flair.
I’m a sucker for a clash of the prints – when done correctly. In this case, she pulled it off amazingly, lending it to become a fresh look, full of vibrance and colour and to be honest, just all round fun. If too much prints scare you slightly, you can always choose more solid accessories and keep the prints only within the clothing pieces.
We love an ‘Old Hollywood Glam” look, paying homage to the greats. This hairdo, paired with the off-the-shoulder dress and quirky hearts is just so adorable. The red and white combo are also considered romantic colours, which sets the perfect tone for the location of the series.
Sneak peeks into season three are definitely already getting us excited. The dopamine dressing is coming through with all the bright colours as well as the statement accessories in the bags and fashion glasses. The wardrobe styling is an intentional whisk away from the normal every day and almost escorts you into a fashion dream world, where everyone looks like they’re walking the runway on a daily basis.
Another sneak peek from the new season saw a poolside chilling Emily who looks like she just stepped foot off a movie set. Well in her defense she is starring in a fictional television show in one of the biggest fashion cities of the world, so it all makes sense. Again pairing print on print with vibrant bold colours paired so effortlessly together.
Without a doubt, Emily fans are excited to see what other surprises season three has in store for us, whether it comes to Emily’s love life, or simply just the amazing fashion that we will be exposed to. Be sure to tune in to Netflix for the premiere.
