Looking for some first dance inspiration for your or a family member’s wedding? When it comes to celebrities, it seems the classic songs have stood the test of time for their first dance songs.
We’ve also included the tracks topping “first dance songs” playlists in 2017.
George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin
Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth
Our April cover star (who’s wedding ring has a 4 carat diamond) danced to “Make You Feel My Love” by Bob Dylan. Watch video here.
Kim and Kanye
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s first dance on their wedding day in Italy was John Legend’s ‘All of Me’ – sung live by the man himself, obviously. Listen to the song here.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z
The Queen B celebrated her marriage to Jay-Z by dancing to the couple’s first musical collaboration, “Crazy in Love”. Watch music video here. While it might be too fast for some, it makes a great “walking in” song as the couple enters the reception.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban
The actress and country western superstar went with Etta James’ classic “At Last”. Listen to the song here. While the two were swaying around the dance floor, the chorus of the 1970’s Australian Skyhooks’ hit, “You just like me cos I’m good in bed” came on and they started breaking it down on the dance floor.
