Layla Kolbe, wife to rugby champion Cheslin Kolbe, celebrated her 33rd birthday in Cape Town on Sunday. Kolbe took to social media to share a loving tribute for his wife of seven years.
The mom-of-three, who turned 33 on Sunday, took to social media after celebrating her birthday, writing: “33- [Two] words laid on my heart: Bless and Bloom,” adding: “Thank you for all the birthday love!”

The rugby wife was celebrated by fellow and former WAGS on her 33rd trip around the sun, with love from Rachel Kolisi, Aimee Kitshoff, and Juanri Mostert pouring in on social media.
Cheslin Kolbe also paid tribute to his wife on social media too, sharing a heartfelt message for the mother of his children.
“Happy Birthday to our Queen! May God continue to bless your beautiful soul. Thank you for being the incredible woman and life partner that you are. I speak God’s favour and abundant life over you today and always. Love you to the moon and back,” the Rugby World Cup-winning player wrote.
Later, sharing a snap of the birthday girl and her silver balloons against the backdrop of a twinkling skyline, Kolbe doted on his other-half: ’33 never looked this good,’ he wrote.
