Former Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, (going by Demi-Leigh Tebow) and her husband, ex-NFL star Tim Tebow, have started 2025 with a heartwarming announcement—they’re expecting their first child together.

The couple, who met at a charity event in 2018 and married in 2020, shared the news on Instagram Tuesday. In a video, Tim is seen holding Demi-Leigh over a fence as they reveal an ultrasound image, officially announcing that Baby Tebow will make their debut later this year.

In an exclusive interview with People, Demi-Leigh and Tim opened up about their excitement for this new chapter.
“I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to share this journey with,” Demi-Leigh shared. “To raise a little tiny human being together is such a blessing.”
She added, “Every time I say, ‘Tim’s going to be a dad,’ it feels surreal. He’s going to be an incredible father, and I’m so thankful we get to experience this together.”
Tim, equally thrilled, expressed his gratitude for the new adventure. “We’re just so excited and grateful for this blessing. It’s a dream come true.”
