Last month, 76-year-old star, Cher, took to Twitter announcing her relationship with 36-year-old beau, Alexander Edward. Fans were divided, some expressed congratulations and well wishes towards the couple, whilst others grew concerned for the singer due to multiple accusations of infidelity directed at Edward by previous girlfriend Amber Rose just earlier this year.
Now, the star has taken to Twitter sharing photographs of a shiny diamond ring gifted to her by her new beau, with no solid confirmation of wedding bells on the way. But…with a ring that big?
In a tweet sharing a snap of her new bling, Cher captions:

Fans immediately took to social media looking for confirmation from the singer. Is the queen now engaged to her younger beau, or did she just get an exceptionally large diamond ring…for Christmas?

Cher has also recently just lost her mom, Georgia Holt, who died earlier this month at 96-years-old. In a tweet replying to a fan, Cher expresses how she woke up wanting to run to her mom, to show her new diamond ring.

In her tweet boasting her new ring amongst fans, there’s a set of ‘Monster’ nails clutching the diamond box. At first, we were confused. Could those be Cher’s stubby little fingers? A fan tweets:
“I was wondering…are those Cher’s nails?”
Cher responds:
“no,No,& FKN NO”
In yet another tweet of the exact photograph, Cher clears up that those are definitely not her nails, but her beau’s.

Thank goodness, the world would not be able to handle two bombshells in one day.
And that leaves us where we are now, still waiting for a solid confirmation from Cher herself. Is it safe to assume that the star’s months-old relationship is now heading towards the wedding bells, or does Cher’s boyfriend just have exceptionally expensive taste when it comes to picking out Christmas gifts?
