Actress and model Julia Fox’s style has always hinged on being artful and subversive. This time though, the model is sporting a message we can all get behind! At the CFDA Fashion Awards this year, Julia stunned everyone with her sleek new grey hair transformation.

When asked about her new grey look, Fox responded:
“This is a love letter to getting older. We’re embracing getting older.”

We’re all big supporters of embracing grey hair here. I think, nothing screams confidence more than a woman who can rock her natural look, at any age. Take Cher for example. She’s 76 and is stilling turning up to Paris Fashion Week in skintight outfits, and is rocking a 36-year-old beau at her side.
Gone is the idea of reaching your sixties and suddenly being ‘put out to pasture.’ Women are embracing age, and we love it!
As Julia approaches her late 30s, the model herself isn’t exactly embracing her ‘natural’ grey hair. What she is doing, though, is embracing the concept of ageing with style, and showing that others can, too. Grey hair boasts an elegance and edginess that we love.
