Rachel Kolisi, philanthropist and former wife of Springbok captain, Siya Kholisi, has shared another personal post on social media, showcasing the lows and highs of the healing process.
In the video, Kolisi shows viewers snippets of her healing journey. The short snaps show her on her recent solo trip to Botswana, taking out her frustrations on a boxing bag, staring off into beautiful views and sitting reading.
Kolisi writes, “Healing looks different for everyone … trust the process. One day at a time.” She further solidified this message with the caption: “Healing is not linear. Trust the process.”
