Tatjana, South Africa’s golden girl and Olympic gold medallist, may be getting married but her love for our country is still front and centre. The swimmer sported a jersey with our national flag on it, even on her big day.
Tatjana and Joel first became public in February this year, after Tatjana captioned an Instagram post ‘And then you came along, and everything changed’.
While you’re scrolling, taking in all the love, don’t be surprised when you see a Kolisi or two. Joel is the brother of Rachel Kolisi. Now, that’s one sporty family.
Celebrating their engagement, Tatjana captioned her announcement post: ‘Don’t worry, I know what you are all thinking: “Why did he take so long?”😂 WE ARE ENGAGED💍❤️ I am lost for words. I am flippen going to marry the man of my dreams 😱 I am in absolute awe and gratefulness to have the privilege, firstly to love you and now to start a new journey with you 🙏🏻❤️ YAYYYY YAYYY YAYY GOD IS SO GOOD!!’.
Joel captioned his: ‘Don’t worry, I know what you are all thinking: “Why did I take so long?”🏃🏻💍I cannot believe that I get to spend the rest of my life with you❤️’.
