And there she goes again, proving that age doesn’t matter! Cher, 72, took to Twitter earlier this week sharing a picture of her new man, 36-year old producer, Alexander Edward.
Over the last couple of days, the singer has navigated her way through thousands of tweets expressing everything from congrats to curiosity and concern from her fans about the singer’s new relationship.

However, there might be reason for fans to express mixed feelings over the matter.
Ex girlfriend and mother to the 36-year-old producer’s son, Amber Rose, accused Edwards of having affairs with 12 others just earlier this year, with Edwards later taking to social media to confirm the rumours himself.
In a response to Cher breaking the news about her beau, a concerned fan tweets:
“I’m not sure how I feel about this. I’ve been a fan for so long that I’m immediately suspicious of his intentions towards you. WE know you are fabulous and I’m sure your inner circle will continue to have your back. Want you to be happy, but not taken advantage of!!!”
In true Cher fashion, the queen clapped back, with an honest, optimistic approach:

We all love Cher, we want the best for her. Perhaps we’re just being a little paranoid about this Alexander fellow?
Cher herself admits that love is true, but it’s not blind. Let’s count on the queen to take care of herself, and handle any situation with all the glam and grace that always has.
