The first commenter asked Cindy about the most challenging aspect of women’s empowerment, to which she replied:
“The lack of platforms and organisations available to empower disadvantaged girls/women at a younger age with basic life skills.” Cindy went on to explain that non-traditional skills and organisations willing to help are needed in disadvantaged communities.

The next fan to receive a response broached the subject of ageing and going grey, asking:
“I’m also turning 42 in November and can’t handle the grey hairs!!! How did you accept turning grey it’s a struggle for me.”
To which Cindy responded:
“You don’t. It’s mildly annoying some days but if you see the other side of the glass rather full, your hair is strong and growing fast..”
Adding that when she notices her roots going grey, her hair specialist Jacques van Listenborg colours with a translucent root cover, turning her grey into highlights.
“I colour every month with my hair dresser.” she said, proceeding to share her top tip for managing grey hair in between the monthly visits to the salon:
“The L’Oreal root spray or even an old metallic eyeshadow work for those in between times.”
Cindy then says that in her 50s, she may fully embrace grey hair, but isn’t ready for it yet.
“In my 50s I’ll probably embrace the look and honestly look forward to it but right now 42 is to young and I’m not ready for it yet. .”

However, she adds that it’s not necessary to cover up when you do go grey, in fact, quite the opposite:
“I think a little bit of grey is quite sexy. Enjoy it…”
Despite not being ready to commit to her silver era, Nell-Roberts says that at 42, she enjoys ageing. She feels youthful and beautiful, but is also wise and experienced – striking a balance that perhaps only ageing can help you achieve.
“I absolutely love getting older though but enjoying this age where you are still young enough to be hot and youthful but already wise and experienced. I’ve never felt stronger and better physically.”
And no wonder! According to another response to a commenter asking how often she works out, Cindy says that she does HIT cycle training three times a week, and weights twice a week. Keeping your body moving and active is vital for staying healthy and strong, at any age.
Another commenter asks: “How do u stay so beautiful and sexy everyday” to which Cindy says:
“Discipline! and accepting that some days I fail and other days I’m strong. But my goal is every day to have a good day.”
