The Season 4 trailer of Emily in Paris dropped earlier this week, and boy oh boy are we excited. Between the gorg clothes, the drama, the boys and Mindy’s epic one-liners, we just know that this season is going to be amazing.
If you haven’t seen the end of season three, turn away right now…
What can we expect from Season 4:
After the major cliffhanger at the end of season three – cheers pregnancy tropes – Emily is reeling. She has strong feelings for both Gabriel and Alfie, with the former now expecting a baby with his ex, Camille … who is dating another woman.
And if that’s not dramatic enough, at work Sylvie is forced to confront a thorny dilemma from her past for the sake of her marriage, and the Agence Grateau team navigates personnel shakeups. Mindy and the band prepare for Eurovision, but when funds run dry, they’re forced to get thrifty. Emily and Gabriel’s chemistry is undeniable as they work together towards a Michelin star, but two big secrets threaten to undo everything they’ve dreamed of.
Phew. Fans are in for a whirlwind when part 1 which consists of 5 episodes, goes live on Netflix on 15 August. Part 2, consisting of the last 5 episodes is set to air on 12 September.
How to have your own Emily in Paris moment
And no, we don’t mean flitting off to Paris and falling in love with two men (but that does sound like a fun idea … joking). No – we mean grabbing your bestie to enjoy some much-needed girl time.
You can try:
Having a French-inspired picnic
Recreate the Parisian vibe with a chic picnic. Think fresh baguettes, assorted cheeses, grapes, macarons, and a bottle of sparkling wine. Find a scenic spot, lay out a cosy blanket, and enjoy the simple pleasures of good food. Oh and don’t forget your beret and Emily-esque outfit.
Café hopping
Find a few local cafés and spend the day exploring them. Savour a cup of coffee, indulge in pastries and take in the ambience. It’s all about enjoying the moment and finding joy in the little things.

Cooking class
Sign up for a French cooking class or find some recipes online and have a go at making dishes like coq au vin, ratatouille, or crepes. Cooking together can be a delightful and bonding experience. And maybe you might just meet your own Gabriel … we’re kidding again.
Book a trip to Parys
While a trip to Paris might not be on your cards, why not go for a small weekend getaway with your Mindy (or Alfie or Gabriel) to Parys? The small town might just be the very mid-year break you need to drink some wine and step away from the hustle and bustle of your busy life.
Daddy’s Deals have a great offer for a 1-night stay at Mountain View Country Estate. Check it out.
No matter what you decide to do, get ready for another whirlwind season of Emily in Paris. We’re Fan-Girling along with you but for now… au revoir.
