George Clooney and his wife Amal have welcomed healthy twins into the world.
Human rights lawyer Amal gave birth to a boy and a girl on Tuesday.
The couple’s publicist released a statement confirming that mom and baby were doing well, and also let the world know what the babies had been named:
“This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine.”

The release also joked about George being “sedated”:
