We were saddened to hear that rugby legend Joost van der Westhuizen has passed away.
Joost has been fighting a form of Motor Neuron Disease since 2011. Despite being given 2 years to live, he surpassed all expectations by fighting the illness for longer.
He took on his diagnosis bravely, using his position as a public figure to raise awareness about his condition.
Here is the trailer for Glory Game: The Joost van der Westhuizen story, a movie released in 2014 about his amazing life, as well as touching tributes to the former Springbok.
