If you love a good laugh as well as giving back to your community, then you have to check out the second benefit Comedy Central will be hosting on the 25th of August. This time, the focus for the charity event will be the underprivileged youth in South Africa.
Comedy Central Cares will welcome some of the country’s top comics to the stage at The Goliath Comedy Club. Favourites like Joey Rasdien, Skhumba Snooze and Eugene Khoza will be performing their stand-up sets on the night. While, Donovan, Jason and Nicholas Goliath will be the MCs. Plus, adding a little variety, Mo Magic will definitely get the crowd laughing with his tricks and Isabella Jane is a singing ventriloquist.
The event is in support of Rockstart, an initiative committed to cultivating untapped talent by bridging the gap between education and business opportunities. As well as Orange Babies which is a foundation dedicated to transforming the lives of women and children affected by HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa.
