Minnie Dlamini has been revealed as the host for the upcoming Miss World South Africa 2023 pageant.
Dlamini spilled the beans during a broadcast on Metro FM’s Best Breakfasts with DJ Sabby on Friday last week.
After her appearance on the show, Dlamini took to Instagram to express her gratitude for being selected as the official host for Miss World South Africa, which she will host for the next two years. She writes:

The Miss World South Africa pageant took to Instagram on Friday, writing:
“She is a Queen! She is the host with the most and NOW please let us wish a happy weekend to the first Miss World South Africa Host… the gorgeous, the smart, the talented @minniedlamini ❤️❤️❤️👑👑👑 #Missworldsouthafrica”
As host, Dlamini will be supported by Zanele Morrison, Shirley van Wyk, and the conversation architect Thami Nkadimeng in Miss World South Africa pageant, which will air globally.
According to reports by IOL, Carol Bouwer Productions has acquired the license to host the Miss World South Africa pageant, which will take place on October 28th at the State Theatre in Pretoria.
The Miss World South Africa pageant is part of the larger Miss World competition, which will host contestants from over 130 countries in its 71st edition in December this year, when reigning queen Karolina Bielawska from Poland will crown a new Miss World.
