This year’s MTV VMAs were dominated by the women… more specifically by Beyonce Knowles.
Although Adele’s Hello music video had the most nominations, Beyonce walked away with 8 awards for Formation and Hold Up, as well as her visual album film Lemonade.
Rihanna was presented with the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Rihanna celebrated this achievement with 4 medley performances of her biggest hits from Don’t Stop The Music to Diamonds.
