Kings of Joburg’s lead character is was headed by actor Shona Ferguson, who passed away in 2021 due to covid complications. His wife, Connie Ferguson, has now come on board to play the lead. Even though it’s not set to premiere this December, there are talks of an early premiere in January 2023. People are excited about the show’s return, and the fact that the lead character is played by a woman, Shona’s own wife.

Young, Famous, and African reality show was a great hit for being the first of its kind, as we get a glimpse into the lives of African superstars, and how they go about their daily lives. The glitz, the glamour, and of course all the drama will be delivered.
The second season has no release date yet, but production is underway. There are talks of new characters being added to the cast, which gives us even more of a reason to tune in.
