A video that has amassed over 48,000 views shares a snippet of a truly South African wedding, where a Faf de Klerk lookalike shines as a ‘flower man’.
Newly-wedded TikTok user Demi van Doorn tied the knot with her hubby, Adrian, in June.
Taking to social media to share special snippets from their special day, van Doorn posted a video of their flower man – a ‘close’ lookalike to South African rugby legend, Faf de Klerk, in his flag-print pants.
The video shows the feux Faf strutting the wedding aisle like a catwalk. To end off his spotlight moment – which had the crowd in stitches – he blasts his petal basket off into the ether. A goal for the wedding party on their special day.

According to Good Things Guy, who chatted to Demi about the proudly South African spin on their wedding, Robbie is the name of the man in question. He is known to bust out his ‘Faf’ at all kinds of gatherings apparently, from Cape Town 7s to halloween parties.
Needless to say, the lookalike delivered on his role of flower man, for sure.
