Former Miss SA and Miss World Rolene Strauss announced her pregnancy with her third child in November last year. In January, the beauty queen took to social media to share a ‘gender reveal’ video featuring her husband Daniel and their two sons.
After revealing she’s expecting her third child in November last year, Strauss has been vocal about her third pregnancy journey and the excitement to welcome a new member into the Strauss family.
On Friday, Strauss took to Instagram asking fans to predict what the expected baby’s gender would be in a poll uploaded to her stories:

On Tuesday, Strauss posted the results from her poll, along with a gender reveal video the family made together.
Of the followers that voted in the poll, 8 885 (84%) guessed that the family would be welcoming a girl, while 1 686 (16%) guessed that it would be a boy.
The gender reveal, which didn’t go exactly as planned, still arrived at a happy ending with the Strauss brood discovering that they would be welcoming another baby boy.
In her post, Strauss writes:
“How NOT to do a gender reveal… 😬🙈😂Our third baby is a…..Healthy, happy and growing baby BOY!!! 🚙👏🏼❤️”
