‘Good things come in threes’ rings true for Rugby World Cup champ Eben Etzebeth and his wife Anlia, who, on Sunday last weekend, celebrated three very important things:
1. The Springboks won the World Cup. 2. Eben Etzebeth celebrated his 32nd birthday a day after their World Cup win. 3. The couple’s announcement that they would be expecting a baby ‘Elizabedi!’
Taking to Instagram on Friday – one week after the Bokke’s historical win – Anlia shared snippets of what she dubbed a ‘magical night’ in Paris – the night The Springboks lifted the cup, and united their nation.
Her caption read: “MAGICAL NIGHT snippets🤗🙌🇿🇦🏆❤️🙏”

Anlia is no stranger to showing her full support for the Springboks and her hubby, Eben Etzebeth. From the sidelines, and on the field.
In 2019, when the couple were still engaged to be married, Anlia sang South Africa’s national anthem to a stadium full of spectators, ahead of her man’s 100th test appearance for the Boks.
