We’re days away from welcoming Canadian R&B/soul singer and songwriter Tamia back to SA! The legendary Officially Missing You artist is set to kick off her 3-city SA tour in the first week of July, starting in the Mother City, Cape Town.
Being no stranger here, this will be Tamia’s fourth visit to SA over the past decade. She says:
“The one good thing I feel blessed about is that I’m doing something I love. I get to connect with people through music, to be on stage seeing people laughing, crying, hugging and dancing…”
She continues:
“You feel like you’ve gone through these experiences with people, it’s such an intimate thing, and it’s a blessing,”
The Canadian star has released multiple albums and collaborated with international musical icons. We can’t wait to be in the front row, singing along to classic Tamia hits including So Into You, Stranger in My House, and So Into You Ft Fabulous – an iconic 90’s hit!
Tamia’s hit albums include Between Friends (2006), Beautiful Surprise (2012), Love Life (2015) and Passion Like Fire (2018).
Tamia SA tour details
- Tamia’s SA tour will kick off on Tuesday 4 July at the Grand Arena, GrandWest, in Cape Town.
- Tamia performs at the Durban ICC Hall on Saturday 7 July in KZN.
- Tamia wraps up her tour at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria on 8 and 9 July.
