Davina McCall’s latest announcement is bound to be welcome news:
Davina says your weight-loss journey shouldn’t be dependent on telling people you’re a certain size. You need to have an honest conversation with yourself about where you feel comfortable. You may have friends who are comfortable being a size 8, but that could simply be the case because they’re petite and have small frames.
For Davina, she admits that being a size 8 is not in her realm of possibility. She feels most comfortable being between a size 10 and 12.
So what’s the announcement?
Over the years Davina has played an active role in the home fitness scene, with numerous workout videos, followed by DVDs, and now making use of her personal-fitness platform called Own Your Goals.

The fitness guru explains that she made the decision to give out free 30-day memberships to Own Your Goals, perfect for tiding us over during our 21-day lockdown.
Davina made this announcement after the UK government implemented stricter measures on the evening of 23 March in a bid to tackle the spread of COVID-19 and #flattenthecurve.
The 30-day membership gives you access to online exercise classes with Davina and her favourite trainers; from the comfort of your own home. The classes include a variety of workout styles, including HIIT, boxing, dance, and many more.
Davina’s site also gives you access to workout plans you can follow, as well as delicious recipes approved by a nutritionist.
