The 2024 Met Gala has come and gone, leaving us with incredible looks to gush over. This year’s exhibition was titled “Sleeping Beauties” with the much-encouraged theme of the night: “The Garden of Time.” Many attendees donned florals and pastels, which might be rather dull, some designers and stars went all out.
Here are our favourite looks from this year’s Met Gala.
Tyla
On top of our list is of course Tyla. The 22-year-old made her Met Gala debut in a spectacular skin-tight Balmain gown made of sand. She completed the look with a dusting of sandy make-up and an hourglass purse. Her entire look represented the “Sands of Time”.

Zendaya
Of course, Zendaya makes it onto our list. She wore two dresses, a stunning blue gown from Maison Margiela Artisanal and a black gown with splashes of flowers from Givenchy Couture Archival. Both ensembles were absolutely jaw-dropping and on theme.
Emma Chamberlain
Emma Chamberlain has been on the down low lately but she made a splash on Monday night in a unique, custom Jean Paul Gaultier gown. The gown’s design was a call back to references from the French fashion house. Whilst the look wasn’t entirely floral, it looked garden-esque and the splashes of past design elements made for a unique interpretation of the theme.
Lana Del Rey
Speaking of garden-esque looks, we have to mention Lana Del Rey in her stunning Alexander McQueen gown. The entire look, with the glittery branch-like embellishments made for a winter garden vibe. The single red rose added a splash of colour to the whole look.
Jessica Biel
Jessica Biel wore an eye-catching pink Tamara Ralph gown that gave off some serious spring garden vibes. Whilst not the most imaginative look, it was still gorgeous. She topped off the look with Cartier jewels.
Sydney Sweeney
The Anyone But You star stunned in a classy baby blue Miu Miu gown. The blue and black rose embellishments made the look, along with her elbow-length black gloves. Topping off the look was her black hair. While we’re not sure if it’s a wig or a new look, we love it!
