Twyg has just announced their finalists for the fourth annual Twyg Sustainable Fashion Awards. In October earlier this year, the entry deadline for the awards was extended. Now, after the extra wait, we finally get to meet the top contenders in sustainable fashion locally!
“With over 100 entries pouring in over the past few weeks, we are proud to say we received some really exciting and original sustainable fashion work.” says Jackie May, Founder and editor of Twyg.
The finalists for each awards category are listed below.
The Changemaker Award presented by Country Road, will be chosen from the winners of these categories, and announced later on this month on the 17th, at an event at the Mount Nelson hotel.

Country Road will be awarding a prize of R100 000.00 for the Changemaker winner. The winner of the Nicholas Coutts Award receives R10 000 from Nicholas’ family. All category winners receive an assessment from Eco Standard South Africa.
