But first, we have to chat about why the “Sabrina Carpenter Bangs” has become so iconic. They’re simple, curtain bangs, right? Well, yes and no.
Her bangs are long enough that they create a 60s-esque look, but not too long that they look like she’s growing them out. Combined with her voluminous waves, and layers, the entire hairstyle is, well, perfect.
How to style Sabrina Carpenter bangs
What you need
- Rollers
- Medium round brush
- Hair dryer
- Flat iron
- Some hairspray
How to do it
If you’re starting with dry hair, dampen your bangs and any of the front pieces that you want to curl. Roughly dry your bangs, until they’re about 80% dry.
Using your round brush, dry your bangs inwards, and left and right to create the voluminous look we’re going for. Then, using your flat iron, curl the centre pieces inwards. Pop it in the roller and spray with a dash of hair spray. Let it set and voila!

Tips
When trying this trend, the biggest thing I’ve learned is not to try to make it so perfect. Ironically, the imperfections make this look flawless.
Additionally, swooping the bangs inwards is 100% the way to go. This goes against everything I know about getting the swooping look. But alas, it works brilliantly.
