It’s difficult finding the motivation to cook something healthy for breakfast, lunch and supper. By the time work’s done with, I’m ready to forget my amazing display of diligence for eating (relatively) healthily throughout the day. With my bank card firmly in hand, I am willing to pay my way towards a good gourmet burger and double-fried chips. Don’t forget the milkshake.
Trust me, there are few things I enjoy more than a quick takeout for lunch or dinner, but I have been having a change of heart recently. I’ve got wellness on the agenda now.
I’ve decided I want to keep up with nourishing my body; I want to make sure she’s glowing – even if we’re at the end of the day and mentally, I just can’t anymore.
