Mid-morning
Tackle the 11am munchies and snack on a handful of pumpkin and sunflower seeds, mixed with raisins and more exotic goji berries.

Create a big colourful salad with lots of veggies, slices of avocado, olives and pine nuts, and a cold-pressed olive oil as a dressing. This is easy to take to work too.

Afternoon
