Take short breaks for mental refresher
After completing a Pomodoro, take a short break of around 5 minutes. Use this time to stretch, grab a snack, or engage in a quick activity to refresh your mind. Rewarding focus with extended breaks
After completing four Pomodoros, take a more extended break lasting 15–30 minutes. This extended break serves as a reward for completing a series of focused work intervals.
