Sharks lock Jason Jenkins and partner Lou-Marie tied the knot in the Winelands over the weekend, with a Springbok wedding party in tow.

Jenkins popped the question to his model girlfriend, Lou-Marise Taljaard, in November 2023.
Taljaard shared snaps from a romantic safari set-up, flaunting snaps of her engagement ring with the caption: “Forever grateful for you,” after becoming engaged to her beau.

Over the weekend, the couple tied the knot with a wintery Winelands wedding at Zorgvliet Wine Estate.
Several of the Springbok rugby WAGs and their champs, including Marise and Handre Pollard, Aimee and Steven Kitshoff, as well as Saskia and RG Snyman were in attendance of the wedding.

“My Handré, ek het jou só lief,” wrote Marise Pollard, celebrating her Springbok champ with a carousel of images of the couple in attendance of the Winelands wedding. “Wat ‘n voorreg om julle mooi liefde te celebrate, Lou-Marie and Jason,” [“What an honour to celebrate your beautiful love, Lou-Marie and Jason,”] she added.
