M-Net will be bringing a new reality cooking show to our screens called My Kitchen Rules SA.

The new reality slot on Channel 101 is based on a popular Australian show by the same name. South Africa will watch 24 local foodies pair up to serve scrumptious food in their dining rooms for the show’s two judges.
M-Net has just announced that MiCasa’s frontman J’Something will be one-half of the judging duo on My Kitchen Rules SA.
“After being approached to appear on a variety of different television shows as a host, I have finally found a series that speaks to my heart and who I am: a show about home cooks,” says J’Something. “That’s ultimately who I am too; a home cook! I am looking for South Africans who take home cooking and give it a big helping of finesse. People who are passionate about food and people that can simply put love on a plate.”
