It’s right there in the name! These cups of comfort and wonderfully indulgent are perfect for a cold, winter’s evening. This recipe serves 4, but can easily be doubled to serve more.
Ingredients
- 1L boiling water
- 5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
- 250g (2 cups) Horlicks powder
- 150g (⅔ cup) smooth peanut butter
- 15ml (1 tbsp) vanilla essence
Instructions
1 Pour the boiling water into a large jug and add the cinnamon and Horlicks. Stir well.
2 Add the peanut butter and vanilla essence, then transfer the mixture to a blender. Blitz until the mixture is thoroughly combined, about 1 minute.
3 Pour into mugs or heatproof glasses and serve warm.
