You can enjoy your tea, and reap all of its benefits, by following these tips:
Don’t use tea bags. Due to the production process, more tannins are released resulting in a bitter taste. It is the equivalent of instant coffee.
Rather use loose-leaf tea or a 100% ground tea- leaf powder.
Don’t steep your green tea when it’s too hot and for too long as this will alter the taste.
Green tea likes much cooler water, steep your tea for three minutes max.
