Ingredients
- 300g blueberries
- 65ml elderflower cordial
- 250ml sparkling water
- 65ml gin
Instructions
- In a blender, whizz together 300g blueberries, 65ml elderflower cordial, 250ml sparkling water and 65ml gin. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight. To unmould, dip briefly in boiling water.
