Ingredients

  • 300g blueberries
  • 65ml elderflower cordial
  • 250ml sparkling water
  • 65ml gin

Instructions

  1. In a blender, whizz together 300g blueberries, 65ml elderflower cordial, 250ml  sparkling water and 65ml  gin. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight. To unmould, dip briefly in boiling water.
