Dig into our quick and easy garlic bread recipe! Taking only 15 minutes to prepare, this is the perfect side for an afternoon braai. In our opinion, a garlic bread never disappoints.
Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread, cut into small pieces
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup ( 57grams) salted butter softened, or unsalted butter with 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped, or 1 tsp dried parsley
- parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
1 Add garlic, butter, and parsley to a bowl and mix well to combine.
2 Liberally spread one side of the bread with the garlic butter mixture. Garnish with parmesan cheese and/or red pepper flakes if desired.
3 Slice the bread into small pieces and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350ºF for 3-5 minutes to your desired crispiness. Serve warm and enjoy!
