This Asian-inspired mason jar soup is the perfect meal for those who are on the go or looking for an easy lunch to take to the office. It’s nourishing and doesn’t skimp on flavour – what more could you ask for?
Ingredients
- Red thai curry noodle soup
- - 2 tsp redThai curry paste
- - 2 tsp soy sauce
- - 2 tsp chicken stock
- - 2 tbsp coconut cream
- - 1 spring onion, sliced
- - ½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- - ½ cup green slaw mix
- - 2 Baby corn, chopped
- - 4 Snap peas (optional)
- - Rice noodles or egg noodles
- - Boiling water to finish
- Spicy ramen
- - 2 tsp soy sauce
- - 2 tsp chicken stock
- - 1 tsp fish sauce
- - 2 tsp gochujang sauce, to taste
- - 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- - 1 tsp sesame oil
- - ¼ cup kimchi, optional
- - 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
- - ½ cup green slaw mix
- - Julienned carrots
- - 1 spring onion, sliced
- - Rice or egg noodles
Instructions
- COMBINE all the ingredients into a large mason jar with a lid.
- POUR in boiling water and close with the lid, allow to sit for 5 minutes.
