Instructions
- Toast the buckwheat grains in a medium oven until golden brown.
- Slice the dessert apples.
- Pour the plain yoghurt into a bowl and top with the buckwheat grains and slices of dessert apples. Sprinkle the dried cranberries and dried apricots over the dish.
