Ingredients
- 5 oranges
 - 5tbsp olive oil
 - 2 bulbs of fennel, thinly sliced
 - 200g feta, crumbled
 - 2tbsp freshly chopped dill
 
Instructions
- Segment the oranges, reserving the juice. Mix the juice with the olive oil and seasoning. Put the fennel into a bowl and mix in the oranges and dressing. Crumble over the feta and scatter over the dill. If you’re making it ahead, add the dill just before serving.
